What do we collect?
When you visit sekuritet.com we set no cookies and load nothing from third parties. We use no analytics, no pixels and no external fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) generates standard server logs for operational purposes. When you visit the front page, we store one technical value in your browser’s localStorage (sekuritet-intro-set) so the logo animation is not shown again on later visits. It contains no information about you, is never sent to us, and can be deleted in your browser settings.
The contact form
If you fill in the contact form, we process the information you provide (name, company, email, phone and your message) solely to respond to your enquiry. The information is sent as an email to our mailbox and is not shared with anyone else. If you arrive via a campaign link (e.g. an ad), the link’s campaign parameters and landing page are also included in the notification email — kept briefly in your browser’s sessionStorage (no cookies) and only sent if you submit the form yourself. The same applies if you reach the form from one of our service pages: the name of that service is included so we know what your enquiry is about. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We keep your enquiry for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on it.
Spam protection for the form
To keep the form free of abuse, the notification email to us includes technical details about the submission: IP address, browser User-Agent and fill-out time. They are used solely for spam protection, handled as part of your enquiry, and never shared with third parties. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to or deletion of the information you have sent us by writing to contact@sekuritet.com. Data controller: Sekuritet ApS, Herstedvang 8, DK-2620 Albertslund, Denmark, CVR 4183 3211. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
Data processors
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and notification emails from the contact form are sent via Azure Communication Services — both in Microsoft’s data centres in the EU. Microsoft processes the information solely on our behalf as a data processor. We use no other processors for the site.
Customer data in assessments
When we carry out a security assessment of Microsoft 365 or Active Directory, we are given read access to your environment and extract configuration and account data — read-only, with no changes to your systems. All data at Sekuritet is kept in the EU. The information is covered by the mutual confidentiality obligation in our terms of sale and delivery: only those employees and consultants for whom it is strictly necessary for the engagement get access, they are bound by a duty of confidentiality, and the obligation continues after the agreement ends — unless we are required to disclose by law or court order. Offline password testing is performed on a copy of password hashes following an agreed procedure and does not expose plaintext passwords beyond what is agreed.
