Team
Martin Stoltenberg Potestas
Martin has worked professionally with IT since 2001 — with IT security as his primary focus since 2011. He has served as CISO, CTO and senior architect in complex, regulated environments, founded several companies, and is appointed External Examiner in IT security and IT development by the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science (2025–2029). Educated at Harvard Business School (Leadership & Management), Stanford’s Advanced Cybersecurity Program and CBS’ board education — on top of 80+ certifications led by CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA and CRISC.
Kasper Bonde
Kasper leads the commercial side of Sekuritet. He brings 15+ years of sales leadership and business development from some of Denmark’s strongest B2B environments — as director and co-owner of Shortlist.dk and as senior advisor at Danica Pension, sparring at C-level. His approach: security is a strategic driver, not just technology — and every conversation with us should be concrete, relevant and pressure-free.
Jack Nierras Beltran
Jack holds an MSc in Digital Transformation from Roskilde University — with a top-graded thesis on implementing Azure OpenAI in a regulated medical-device company. He works with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and identity & access management, handling data collection, standardised analyses and documentation — always with senior review of the deliverable.
