What happens after I submit the form?
We read your message and get back to you — typically within one business day. The first step is a short, no-obligation conversation about where you stand and what you need answered. If we propose an engagement, you always get the scope and a price — usually a fixed price — before you decide anything.
What does the free pre-analysis involve?
For a security assessment of Microsoft 365 or Active Directory, we are given read access to the environment the assessment will cover and assess the scope; for other services we clarify scope and goals in a short conversation. You then get a price — usually a fixed price — before you decide anything. The pre-analysis is always free and without obligation, and in the assessments your own effort is typically a kick-off meeting of about an hour — we do the rest.
How soon can you start?
Lead time on an engagement is typically 1–2 weeks. The first step is always the free, no-obligation pre-analysis, where scope and price are set.
What happens after the report is delivered?
Once the report has been sent, we offer a short walkthrough via Teams. If you want ongoing follow-up afterwards, that is exactly what the CISO Service is for.
Do you replace our IT vendor?
No. We do not operate your IT — we prioritise, advise and verify as an independent third party. You keep your vendor — and gain an independent party that challenges them on security.
Where is our data kept?
All data at Sekuritet is kept in the EU. The information from the contact form is sent via Microsoft Azure in the EU as an email to our mailbox and is used only to answer your enquiry — see our privacy policy for details.
Do you also work outside Denmark?
Yes. We advise clients in Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Norway. The assessments run remotely on read-only access, so distance makes no difference to the work; the start-up meeting and the walkthrough are held over Teams.
